The Local Dental Advantage Plus! Plan is specifically designed by the City of Riverside for City of Riverside employees and their families. This Dental Plan provides dental care services through a network of participating dentists and dental groups throughout the County of Riverside. The Plan benefits include extensive coverage to meet your dental care needs such as preventative care, restorative services, specialty services, and orthodontia. The Summary Plan Document provides a detailed description of how this Dental Plan works and the coverage provided to you. Detailed benefit explanations are included along with an explanation of your responsibilities as a Member of this Dental Plan.
The Local Dental Advantage Plus! Plan provides certain services at no charge to you. For more extensive procedures, you pay a co-pay at the time the services are received. Members of the Local Dental Advantage Plus! Plan receive an Identification Card which must be presented each time a Member receives services.
