Dee Elias, DDS – General Dentist
After graduating from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1981 with his DDS, Dr. Elias joined our practice in 1988. He is our Director of Operations and CEO of our dental group. His dental care philosophy centers on placing patient care as the number one priority, while treating patients the way he would like to be treated. Patients love his gentle, empathetic nature, the comfort he brings to visits, and the fact that he is a perfectionist. Dr. Elias loves it when they feel transformed with their new smiles.
Dr. Elias is a member of the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He attends mission trips with his wife Holly and three daughters, Chloe, Carly, and Claire. He has a loyal pup named Duke and enjoys classic sports car restoration.

Y. Stephen Sugiono, DDS – General Dentist
Dr. Sugiono earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University in 1984 before joining Riverside Dental Group in 2002. He focuses on implants, cosmetic dentistry, full mouth reconstruction, sinus lifts, bone grafting, root canal therapy, and various cosmetic crowns. His patients appreciate his ability to set them at ease and provide them with a comfortable experience while they are in the treatment chair. Patients are also fond of the cosmetic results he helps them to achieve. He is known for his record of excellence and perfectionism.
Dr. Sugiono belongs to the CDA and the ADA and is a member of Tri-County Dental. He volunteers with the Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital and the Rape Crisis Foundation. Away from the office, he spends quality time with his wife, an anesthesiologist, and their four children. Dr. Sugiono is also an avid motorcycle and auto racing enthusiast and enjoys restoring old cars. His favorite quote:

David Ludwig, DDS – Periodontist
Dr. Ludwig graduated from the University of California School of Dentistry with his DDS in addition to completing post-graduate work in Periodontics at the University of Pennsylvania. He joined our practice in 1996. Dr. Ludwig’s training includes the use of dental lasers to treat periodontal disease, known as a LANAP procedure. He also addresses gum recession with the pinhole grafting procedure. Patients appreciate his kind, gentle approach to dentistry, Dr. Ludwig is a member of the:

Away from the practice, Dr. Ludwig enjoys snow skiing, boating, water skiing, fishing, and hunting.
Arshia Kasravi-Sandborn, DDS, MSD – Endodontist
Dr. Kasravi-Sandborn is a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Dentistry where she earned her DDS, as well as a graduate of USC and Case Western Reserve University, where she completed her MS in Surgical Dentistry and a Specialty Degree in Endodontics. Having joined our practice in 2009, what she loves most about her patients is meeting people from all walks of life and listening to them open up about their life and experiences. She is humbled by the experiences she has with them every day. Dr. Kasravi-Sandborn offers her patients gentle, thorough treatment. She actively participates in charity work, and is a ChildFund and CHOC sponsor.
Away from work, Dr. Kasravi-Sandborn spends quality time with her husband, her two stepsons, and their family dog Rusty, along with their salt water fish. She also enjoys cooking up new recipes, gardening, spending time with her sister (her best friend) and her parents, as well as scuba diving.

J. Timothy Harris, DDS – General Dentist
A graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry with his DDS, Dr. Harris joined our practice in 1998. He’s earned certifications and completed courses on pharmacology, cosmetic dentistry, CPA, and laser and implant dentistry. Patients love that he spends time getting to know them and helping them feel comfortable. Dr. Harris strives to build lasting relationships with his patients and enjoys helping them with their dental needs.
Dr. Harris is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Tri-County Dental Society. He volunteers with the Loma Linda Children’s Hospital and the Padre Foundation.
Away from work, he loves spending time with his beautiful wife Amanda, and their four wonderful children. They have three crazy dogs and three lazy cats. He also enjoys classic sports of all kinds, biking, traveling, wine tasting, and photography. He is a huge LA Kings and LA Rams fan.

Sheila Harris-Müller, DDS – Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Harris-Müller earned her DDS as well as an MS in Pediatric Dentistry from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. She joined our practice in 1998 with a philosophy that focuses on providing a positive dental experience for even the youngest of patients. Patients love her gentle, caring, and motherly touch. Regarding her patients, she loves watching them grow. Dr. Harris-Müller holds awards in oral pathology and endodontics and is actively involved in charity work, volunteering at Give Kids a Smile and Project Kind. She is also a member of the:

Away from work, she spends quality time with her daughter Tinley, and son Preston. She has a number of pets, including a macaw named Max, three tortoises, three bunnies, an iguana, and a bearded dragon. She loves traveling, visiting museums and concerts, collecting Pet Shop Boys memorabilia, cooking, gardening, and attending her children’s sporting events.
Ronald White, DDS – General Dentist
Dr. White graduated with his DDS from the University of Southern California, where he was the recipient of “Honors at Entrance”. He joined our practice in 2000 and practices dentistry with the philosophy that he treats others as he would want to be treated. Patients love that he is trustworthy and helps them feel at ease. As for his patients, Dr. White loves their honesty and sense of humor, as well as their continued loyalty. He has volunteered with Hands Across the Border as a volunteer dentist and is also an active member of Crossroads Christian Church in Corona.
Away from work, Dr. White spends quality time traveling with his wife, Laurie. He also enjoys golf, hiking, fitness training, and biking.

Loc Nguyen, DDS – General Dentist
Dr. Nguyen earned his DMD from the Tufts School of Medical Dentistry and joined our practice in 2006. In practicing dentistry, he believes in treating patients like family. Patients love his careful, precise treatment. What he loves most about his patients is sharing their knowledge and experience.
Away from work, Dr. Nguyen spends quality time with his wife and two children and also enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, hunting, and gardening. Favorite quote: “Keep calm and carry on.”
Jay Wright, DDS, MS – Orthodontist
Dr. Jay Wright graduated from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He then completed his residency at UCLA in Orthodontics, where he also received a Master’s of Science degree in Oral Biology. His master’s thesis was on the inter-disciplinary management of Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMD). He is also Board Certified in the management of sleep and breathing disorders such as sleep apnea.
Dr. Wright continually stays on the “cutting edge” of new treatment developments and technological advancements to offer the best available options and treatment outcomes to his patients. He is passionate about helping children and adults achieve the confidence they desire by improving their smile and general health.
Dr. Wright has been married to his best friend, Dr. Ingrid Wright (yes, they were dental school classmates!) for over 30 years. They have two grown children and enjoy traveling, tennis, rock climbing and spending time together.

Dr. Carlos Moretta, DDS
Dr. Carlos Moretta has been in the field of Dentistry since 1990.
He practiced as a Registered Dental Hygienist and General Dentist prior to beginning his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He completed this training in 2009 and has since practiced both hospital-based and private practice Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and has maintained a faculty position at Loma Linda University in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since he completed residency. Dr. Moretta is a member of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Dental Educators Association. He also volunteers his time and expertise with free clinics in the community.
Dr. Moretta enjoys providing care internationally as well. He has treated patients in Africa, South America and various countries in Asia. He is married to his beautiful wife Dafne, who is a Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine physician. When outside of the office, Dr. Moretta enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with his family (including his many pets).
Tonia Cantrell, DDS – Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Cantrell graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry in 2004 with her DDS. She joined our team in 2006 and has earned certifications in pediatric dentistry. She enjoys the opportunity to work with families and watch her young patients grow up over the years. She is a member of the California Dental Association, the Tri-County Dental Society, and the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry. She has been married to her high school sweetheart since 2005 and has 2 boys. She has a dog named Cookie and a turtle named Freckles. Her hobbies include crafting, design, and reading.
